Formed Aqueduct Estate Limited for the acquisition of the property at Pegoes Portugal allowing a masterplan proposal to be finalised for the development of a Golf Course, together with the incorporation of media-spa facilities, villas, apartments commercial and hotels. Whist planning Consent has been granted by the Municipality of Tomar Declaration No 173/2011-Tourism Project. However, we are working closely with the Municipality to agree a relaxation of certain conditions, together with variations to the layout of certain areas.
