The Masterplan was defined by its setting alongside the 16th Century Aqueduct de Pegoes, respectfully set in 174.34 Hectares of Olive Groves, Cork, Pine, Citrus, vines and forest. From the outset, the Architects were able to take into consideration the specification of Sporting Club de Portugal to design a Training Academy that not only met their layout, design and functionality brief, but how it would sit alongside the resort as a whole.
The low density nature of the resort, protects the original natural surroundings, whilst respecting two essential concepts space and nature.
